Charles “JoJo” Tyler presents “Oldies But Goodies”-Senior rebounding. This program is a fun and effective workout for seniors or individuals who need entry level conditioning. The workout utilizes a stabilizing bar giving the added security of a balancing device. Charles Tyler is an educator for the AFAA and a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance. He has been teaching for over 20 years.
